Please pay online before session starts. Take the first step towards better mental health with individual counselling sessions. I will work with you to provide a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and emotions, helping you to gain insight and develop coping strategies. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or just need someone to talk to, my individual counselling services are here to support you.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel the appointment, kindly let me know via a call/whatsapp or email. If you arrive late for your session, I reserve the right to finish the appointment at the correct time as there may be an appointment following yours which will need to start on time.
